Motivation

So what keeps us working women to stay at work....As a kid when I got home I had to see my mom at home. I am sure adi wants the same, This eternal conflict to be good at everything esp both work and home is impossible for at-least mere mortal like me. But still I am too selfish(?) and unable to give away my career. Hope I can come at peace satying as career woman or deicide to be a Home Maker at do it wholeheartedly.....
